Excellent – Benchmark goes ABOVE and BEYOND the ordinary remodeling experience! During the renovation of our kitchen, the owner Marc actually took the time to let our little dog out DAILY! Our kitchen is a dream come true and has space we didnt think was even achievable! Where most people would be thankful the renovation process was done and over, we on the contrary are stoked about starting our new bathroom project! Thank You Benchmark Innovations, your name says it all!!

Excellent – Benchmark has done several major upgrades to our home. Their creativity is backed up with work that goes well beyond “code” and they stand behind their work after the job is done. We’ve worked with other outfits before and there always seems to be “surprises” that are often expensive. This is an area that Benchmark has consistently excelled in – no surprises on the budget front and working in changes during the project thoughtfully and economically.

Excellent – I couldn’t be more pleased with the work Marc and his crew (thanks Chris!) with Benchmark Innovations has done for us. He took a sketchy description and turned it into the exact vision of what I wanted for an outdoor shed. His work is great, on time, and built to last while being very reasonable in price. Marc also installed a tank-less hot water heater and has done a variety of other things around our home. I believe he can do anything! If you want a reliable, reputable, honest, and reasonably priced contractor, give Marc a call, you won’t be sorry.

Excellent – I contracted Benchmark to rebuild my bar/ restaurant. (The Elder Tree) They did an outstanding job. The entire bar and all of the built in booths are hand made oak with dark stain. The attention to detail is impressive and our customers notice this. They were able to do a complete renovation from electrical to plumbing and even a drop in tin tile ceiling. The speed and efficiency of the work make them my choice for any future projects. I have already gotten quotes on other work from them.

Excellent – I have renovated my house in the past – too bad it wasn’t with Benchmark. I’ll not use anybody else again. Marc and his company are very good; the best I’ve ever seen. I was very involved with and impressed with the two bathroom remodeling projects he did for us a year ago. Funny thing is, I am still finding thoughtful and intelligent touches that is their hallmark. Competent, versatile and they have a good eye for what works and what looks good. On budget and on time too. You can’t do better.

Excellent – After Marc Cavicchioli did our kitchen renovation, I didn’t even consider getting a second bid when we did our master bath. I didn’t want anyone but Benchmark Innovations. Marc is prompt, reliable, cooperative, considerate, innovative and a true craftsman. He listened to what I wanted, and made sure that I got it and that I was happy with the result. He suggested changes to our bathroom plans that improved the final result one hundred percent. I love showing off the work he did at our house and I highly recommend Benchmark Innovations in Renovation!

Excellent – Marc took our dismal unfinished basement and almost doubled our living space in our home. We now have a fully functional entertainment room, wine closet and home office. We even added a 1/2 bath down in the 11th hour which showed Marc’s incredible flexibility. After Marc worked his magic on our basement, it was a no-brainer that his company would renovate our living room and open it to the kitchen. We provided our initial sketch and taking our needs into account, Marc modified is slightly for even better use of space. Marc and his team are professional, skilled in all areas and their quality and craftsmanship is top notch. My only regret is that we did not do these projects sooner. The funniest part of our experience was when Marc sent us a picture when he caught our dog on the table eating the rest of our breakfast. He quickly shooed her off the table but now we know where that extra weight is coming from.

Excellent – I found out about Benchmark through a friend who jumped on the house-flipping bandwagon around 2007. I heard nightmarish stories of the contractors he dealt with and had the impression that most contractors were flat out unreliable and were only after the money or finishing the job at the least cost/time. His experience with contractors was limited prior his flip so he didn’t have a baseline to determine how good each contractor was. Needless to say, after the contract work was done and an inspection was performed, my friend looked for a replacement contractor for a quick roofing job. This is where Benchmark Innovations/Marc Cavicchioli came into the picture. Marc was hired on to work on an addition/roofing job but it was obvious from the start that this was a different contractor that the others. Marc completed his work with very high quality, made sure that my friend was satisfied, made suggestions on other jobs, and even fixed some of the crappy work that the other contractors did without even being asked. You can imagine how excited and grateful my friend was. Marc took over the rest of the project and the house was sold within 9 months right in the middle of the housing market turmoil in 2008! I reached out to Marc a few years later and he has helped with modernizing my 1960s home to something you’d see in a magazine. From hearsay to personal experience, Marc embodies excellent craftsmanship, attention to detail, and the commitment to every customers’ success.
